Job summary

Nestlé USA invites driven professionals to join its HR Development Program (HRDP). Over 24 months, you will gain exposure across manufacturing and distribution facilities in multiple U.S.

cities, learning from HR specialists in People Analytics, Labor & Employee Relations, Total Rewards, Employment Law, and Talent functions. You’ll contribute to employee development and labor relations while preparing for a future HR Generalist role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree completed and available to start by June 2027.
• Preferred majors include Business Administration, Human Resources, Labor and Employment Relations, or related fields.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 preferred.
• Previous customer-facing environment and/or HR internship preferred.
• Willingness to relocate throughout program and career.
• Willingness to support off shift coverage and extended hours as needed.
• Sponsorship for work visas not available for this program.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR support across manufacturing and distribution facilities.
• Engage in HR projects and quarterly presentations to HR Leadership Team.
• Support employee development, staffing, and labor relations within sites.
• Assist in implementing people processes aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with business partners and union management where applicable.
• Drive effective policy interpretation and compliance within sites.
