Job summary

Nestlé USA invites driven professionals to join its HR Development Program (HRDP). Over 24 months, you’ll rotate through manufacturing and distribution facilities across multiple U.S.

cities, learning from HR specialists in People Analytics, Labor & Employee Relations, Total Rewards, Employment Law, and Talent. Graduating into a full‑time HR Generalist role, you’ll drive employee development, staffing, compensation administration, and policy interpretation while receiving mentorship, relocation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree completed and available to start the program by June 2027.
• Preferred majors include Business Administration, Human Resources, Labor and Employment Relations, or related fields.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 preferred.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing environment and/or HR internship preferred.
• Willingness to relocate throughout program and career.
• Sponsorship for work visas are not available for this program.

Responsibilities

• Support HR business partners across factory and distribution sites.
• Engage in recruitment, compensation, talent management, and analytics.
• Lead HR projects and present findings to HR Leadership Team.
• Provide guidance on policies and labor relations to maintain compliant practices.
• Assist with employee communications and training initiatives.
