Job summary

Nestlé USA invites driven HR professionals to join its HR Development Program (HRDP). Over 24 months, you’ll rotate through manufacturing and distribution facilities nationwide, learning from expert HR groups.

You’ll tackle real HR challenges, contribute to talent development, and gain exposure to labor relations, compensation, analytics, and employment law. Graduates transition into a full-time HR Generalist role with strong mentoring, bonus to diverse teams, and opportunities to impact

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree completed and available to start by June 2027.
• Preferred majors include Business Administration, Human Resources, Labor and Employment Relations, or related fields.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 preferred.
• Willingness to relocate throughout program and career.

Responsibilities

• Participate in HR development activities across recruitment, compensation, talent management, and analytics.
• Act as a strategic partner to factory and distribution center teams.
• Lead projects and present findings to the HR Leadership Team.
• Support employee relations, policy interpretation, and training initiatives.
• Collaborate with business partners and supervisors to drive HR goals.
