Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking driven HR professionals for its HR Development Program (HRDP). Over 24 months, you will rotate across manufacturing and distribution facilities in multiple U.S.

cities, gaining exposure to People Analytics, Labor & Employee Relations, Total Rewards, Employment Law, and Talent Specialty groups. Graduates move into a full-time HR Generalist role, with mentorship and hands-on projects, including quarterly presentations to the HR Leadership Team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree completed and available to start by June 2027.
• Preferred majors include Business Administration, Human Resources, Labor and Employment Relations, or related fields.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 preferred.
• Willingness to relocate throughout program and career; willingness to support off-shift coverage and extended hours.
• Sponsorship for work visas are not available for this program.

Responsibilities

• Gain exposure across HR areas including recruitment, compensation, talent management, people analytics, organizational development, and employee benefits.
• Lead HR projects and present quarterly findings to the HR Leadership Team.
• Develop and implement people processes that attract, train, and retain top talent.
• Build relationships with business partners and employee groups across facilities and with union leadership where applicable.
