Job summary

CTDI is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to oversee warehouse logistics operations, ensuring efficient movement, storage and distribution of goods, and driving productivity, cost control and P&L outcomes.

The position requires 2+ years of leadership and logistics experience, plus experience with warehouse equipment and reporting. 1st shift, pay rate $25.54–$27.92 per hour, with weekly pay, health and other benefits.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of leadership experience required.
• Two+ years of logistics experience required.
• Experience operating warehouse distribution equipment required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team monitoring movement and inventory levels.
• Implement warehousing and distribution strategies.
• Generate and analyze reports to identify trends and actionable items.
• Ensure KPI targets and SLAs are met.
• Provide training on procedures and processes.
• Assist in P&L forecasting and labor planning.
• Operate PIT equipment.
• Coordinate with departments to optimize the supply chain.
• Provide first-level support for escalated issues during shift.
