Job summary

NEOTech in Longmont, CO is seeking an SMT technician to operate and set up surface mount equipment. You will handle screen printers, pick-and-place machines, and the reflow oven to assemble circuits.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of electronics experience, familiarity with IPC‑A‑610, and ability to work under fast timelines. The role is full time with a 1st shift and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years' electronic manufacturing experience preferred.
• U.S. citizen or permanent resident for ITAR/CUI compliance.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Set up SMT line equipment including screen printer and pick-and-place.
• Load feeders and verify part numbers for each job.
• Initiate programs and ensure correct reflow profiles on the machines.
• Maintain ESD, MSD handling and ISO/QMS procedures.
