Job summary

NEOTech is hiring for an SMT Operator to set up and run SMT equipment, load feeders, verify parts, and manage reflow processing while adhering to ESD and MSD guidelines. You will follow process sheets and ensure correct programs and stencil selections for each job.

The role requires IPC-610 knowledge, basic machine maintenance, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with electronic manufacturing environments preferred.
• Familiarity with IPC-A-610 workmanship standards is expected.
• Ability to read process sheets and load lists.
• Must be able to operate and maintain SMT equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Set up SMT line equipment including screen printer, pick-and-place, and reflow oven.
• Load feeders and verify part numbers per job specification.
• Initiate appropriate programs for SMT equipment and reflow profiles.
• Select stencil screens and maintain soldering processes per procedures.
• Follow ESD, MSD, and ISO quality guidelines; perform basic machine PMs.
• Clean boards as required and support 6S objectives.
