Job summary

NEOTech in Longmont, CO is seeking a Full Time Soldering Technician to perform assembly on electronic components and subassemblies on the production line, using magnified inspection, hand tools and a soldering iron.

You will follow work instructions, ensure ESD/MSL compliance, and verify workmanship to IPC and ISO standards. A high school diploma or GED and 2–4 years soldering experience are required. Benefits include comprehensive medical, dental, life and 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 years soldering on electronic assemblies.
• IPC-DVD-64C Component Identification.
• IPC-A-610 Modules: 1, 2, 3, 4, 6 & 8.
• IPC-J-STD-001 required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic components on production line using soldering.
• Adhere to ESD and MSD handling requirements.
• Ensure workmanship meets IPC standards.
