Job summary

NEOTech in Longmont, CO is seeking an SMT operator to load surface mount machines and solder reflow devices onto PCBs. You will set up the screen printer, pick-and-place, and reflow oven, ensuring correct parts and programs are used.

The role requires a High School diploma, 6–12 months electronics experience preferred, and adherence to ESD/MSL requirements, IPC-A-610 standards, and ISO procedures. Full-time with comprehensive benefits available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to follow IPC and ISO guidelines.
• Experience with SMT equipment and screen printers is a plus.
• Proficient with basic computer tasks and Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Set up SMT line, screen printer, pick-and-place and reflow equipment.
• Verify part numbers and load feeders as per job instructions.
• Follow MSD/ESD handling and IPC-610 requirements.
• Operate printers and reflow equipment according to process sheets.
• Maintain equipment and perform routine PMs per schedule.
• Ensure quality and compliance with ISO procedures and policies.
