Job summary

Responsibilities

• Monitor department efficiency and production metrics during the shift.
• Track order backlog and prioritize express orders.
• Distribute materials to lines and staff for smooth workflows.
• Assist with staffing, training, and daily workflow coordination.
• Operate and troubleshoot department equipment as needed.
• Report safety concerns and quality issues to supervisor.
• Suggest improvements to productivity and workflow.
• Maintain a safe, clean production environment.
• Support teamwork and high performance expectations during shifts.
