Job summary

1-800-FLOWERS.COM, INC. is seeking Production Associates to support personalized gift production on the 1st shift (6:30 AM–3:00 PM).

You will inspect products, load and unload fixtures, operate light machinery, and follow all safety guidelines to ensure quality and on-time delivery. You will read item labels, match colors and wording to customer requests, maintain a clean workspace, and collaborate with teammates.

Qualifications

• Reads item labels and matches colors/words to customer requests.
• Maintains a clean, organized, safe work area.
• Attends to safety rules and follows directions precisely.

Responsibilities

• Produce goods in accordance with company guidelines.
• Operate equipment used in various production areas and assist in the production process.
• Load/unload equipment as needed and perform cleaning/maintenance on production equipment.
• Identify opportunities to increase productivity and report quality or equipment issues.
• Follow supervisor directions and work as a team when required.
• Ensure all jobs are ready for equipment and maintain quality checks.
