Job summary

Nature’s Way, Inc. is seeking a Packaging Technician on the Main Line for the 1st shift (Mon-Thu, 5:00am-3:00pm) at the Challenger Plant. You will operate packaging lines, monitor quality, and ensure sanitary conditions while adhering to SOPs and safety standards.

The role involves completing accurate documentation, supporting continuous improvement, and maintaining a clean work area to produce defect-free finished goods. Prior packaging experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in two Packaging Zones (Zone 4 + 1 other).
• Ability to perform quality verifications and documentation.
• Familiarity with SOPs and cGMP for packaging operations.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor packaging machines to detect defects.
• Maintain clean, sanitary work area and equipment.
• Complete production documentation accurately and timely.
• Follow PPE guidelines and safety policies.
• Support line with packaging and quality checks during shifts.
