Job summary

Winland Foods is seeking a Certified Packaging Team Member for the 1st shift to operate and monitor packaging lines at 1 Quality Place, Buckner, KY.

You will conduct changeovers, perform equipment checks, and ensure product labeling and packaging meet quality standards while adhering to GMP and safety policies. This role requires teamwork, reliability, and the ability to work Monday through Thursday, 6:00am–4:30pm.

Qualifications

• Teamwork and safety-conscious mindset required in a fast-paced production setting.
• Demonstrated commitment to quality, accuracy, and following procedures.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to learn SAP-based data entry and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Operate basic packaging machinery (depalletizers, palletizers, conveyors, fillers, case packers, box machines).
• Complete equipment changeovers and address issues quickly to keep lines flowing.
• Perform routine checks, inspections, and preventive maintenance on packaging equipment.
