Nature’s Way, Inc. in Green Bay, WI is seeking a Packaging Technician I for the Main Line (Challenger Plant) on the 2nd shift (Mon-Thur, 3:00 pm–1:00 am). You will operate and monitor packaging machines, maintain sanitary conditions, and ensure products meet quality specifications in a safe environment.

You’ll complete documentation, follow SOP and cGMP, and participate in ongoing process improvements. The role requires the ability to troubleshoot minor machine issues, maintain clean workspaces,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be proficient in two Packaging Zones (Zone 4 + 1 other).
• Accurate documentation is required.
• Ability to independently troubleshoot minor machine malfunctions.
• Flexibility in assigned work schedule to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor packaging machines to detect product defects.
• Follow SOPs and cGMP guidelines.
• Complete all job-related documentation accurately and timely.
• Maintain cleanliness of workspace, equipment, and materials.
• Perform cleaning duties to maintain sanitary conditions.
• Produce finished goods that are defect-free and properly identified.
• Notify supervisor of discrepancies related to safety, quality, or operations.
• Adhere to PPE guidelines at all times.
