Job summary

Nestlé Health Science is seeking a Packaging Operator for the Day Shift to support the Packaging Department on the 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM). This entry-level role emphasizes teamwork, accuracy, and adherence to safety and quality standards as products move through packaging lines.

You will participate in a 4–5 day onboarding program and work with machinery, following SOPs and cgMP guidelines. Proactive learners with basic English and a willingness to grow will thrive here.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 0–2 years of manufacturing or warehouse experience.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the full shift.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment.
• Load, unload, clean, and adjust machinery.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance.
• Accurately measure and scale ingredients.
• Complete quality checks and record data.
• Keep your work area clean.
• Follow safety rules, SOPs and cGMP guidelines.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
