Job summary

Winland Foods seeks a Certified Packaging Team Member for the 1st shift in Buckner, KY. You will operate packaging lines, ensure correct labeling and packaging, and support safety and quality initiatives across the shift.

You’ll perform equipment changeovers, monitor processes, and maintain sanitation while documenting results in SAP. Strong teamwork and reliability are essential for continuous improvement in our production environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of work experience in manufacturing or food production preferred.
• Forklift certification is preferred (or willing to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Operate basic packaging machinery and perform changeovers.
• Inspect products for correct labeling and packaging; follow FIFO.
• Perform routine checks and sanitation after changeovers; maintain equipment.
• Record inventory transactions and quality results in SAP.
• Assist team members and share knowledge; support training.
