Job summary

Nature's Way is seeking a Packaging Technician I for the Main Line at Challenger Plant on the 2nd shift (Mon-Thu, 3:00 pm–1:00 am). You will operate packaging equipment, monitor quality, and maintain sanitary conditions to meet product specifications.

Responsibilities include completing SOP and cGMP compliant documentation, ensuring accurate records, and supporting continuous quality improvements in a safe work environment. High school diploma or GED preferred; benefits start day one.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret SOPs.
• Attention to cleanliness and safety.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor packaging machines to detect defects.
• Follow SOP and cGMP guidelines.
• Complete all documentation accurately and timely.
• Maintain clean, sanitary workspace and equipment.
• Notify supervisor of safety or quality concerns.
• Perform line quality checks.
• Able to troubleshoot minor machine malfunctions.
