Nature's Way is seeking a Packaging Technician I for the Main Line at Challenger Plant on the 2nd shift (Mon-Thu, 3:00 pm–1:00 am). You will operate packaging equipment, monitor quality, and maintain sanitary conditions to meet product specifications.
Responsibilities include completing SOP and cGMP compliant documentation, ensuring accurate records, and supporting continuous quality improvements in a safe work environment. High school diploma or GED preferred; benefits start day one.

The responsibilities of the Packaging Technician position include maintaining high sanitary standards throughout the preparation, set-up, and operation of the designated jobs, while meeting the high quality packaging specifications within a safe work environment. The Packaging Technician is also responsible for continuously working towards the improvement of quality in all operations.
