Job summary

Nature's Way is seeking a Packaging Technician I for the Cremer Line at the Challenger Plant in Green Bay, WI. The 1st shift runs Monday–Thursday from 5:00am to 3:00pm and emphasizes sanitary standards, quality packaging specs, and safe equipment operation.

You will document operations, support quality improvements, and work with a team to ensure defect-free finished goods. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with day-one benefits and on-the-job training provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to perform basic math.
• Ability to operate packaging equipment and read SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor assigned machine(s) to detect product defects.
• Complete all job related documentation accurately and timely.
• Maintain cleanliness of workspace and equipment at all times.
• Follow SOPs and cGMP guidelines for packaging.
• Independently troubleshoot minor machine malfunctions.
