Job summary

Nature’s Way, Inc. is hiring a Manufacturing Technician for the 2nd shift (2:00pm–10:00pm, Mon–Fri) at the Challenger Plant. The role emphasizes cleanroom standards, SOPs, and cGMP compliance while producing defect-free products. You will participate in a proficiency program with regular pay increases and shift differentials for 2026.

The Technician will build skills toward leadership, ensure safety and quality, and support cost, reliability, and appearance improvements across the department.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to read SOPs and follow cGMP guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
• Capable of documenting activities clearly and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor machines to detect defects and malfunctions.
• Troubleshoot minor issues affecting quality and performance.
• Follow SOP and cGMP guidelines; complete timely documentation.
• Maintain clean, sanitary work area and proper PPE usage.
• Assist with setup, operation, and disassembly of equipment.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and teamwork.
