Collins Aerospace, an RTX business, is hiring for an on-site manufacturing role focused on deburring, laser marking setup, and assembly. You will read blueprints, monitor tolerances, and maintain shop documentation while contributing to efficient production.

The ideal candidate holds a HS diploma or GED with 4 years of relevant experience, strong math, and competence with measurement tools and basic tools. Attractive benefits accompany the position.

Qualifikationen

• HS diploma or GED or 4 years of relevant experience.
• Basic math skills including decimals.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn multiple applications (email, internet, etc.).
• Experience with measurement equipment (gauges, calipers).
• Experience with basic hand tools.
• Experience reading, interpreting and following blueprints.

Aufgaben

• Use hand tools to remove burrs and smooth edges.
• Set up and run laser marking machines.
• Assemble components and read shop drawings.
• Monitor dimensional tolerances and identify non-conforming features.
• Maintain documentation and data entry for production tracking and inspections.
• Identify process inefficiencies and report machine issues.
