Job summary

CJ Schwan’s in Idaho is seeking a 1st shift Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily maintenance activities, ensure a safe work environment, and drive equipment reliability in a fast-paced food production setting. You will supervise maintenance staff, manage the budget and spare parts, oversee SAP PM (or equivalent), and coordinate contractors and vendors.

The role requires 3+ years of supervisory experience and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• Knowledge of fasteners, lubrication, mechanical systems, HVAC, and production equipment.
• SAP PM or equivalent experience preferred.
• MS Office and Outlook skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily maintenance activities to support production needs.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Manage maintenance budget, spare parts, and CMMS.
• Coach and develop maintenance team members.
