Job summary

Techmer PM, LLC in Clinton, Tennessee, is seeking a Machine Operator for the Day Shift. The role uses a 2-2-3 schedule with training 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. until the permanent shift is established. Starting pay is $18.50 per hour and may increase with experience, with weekly pay for hourly staff.

Responsibilities include operating extrusion/mixing equipment, following SOPs, and ensuring output meets specifications. Requires a high school diploma or GED and the ability to lift 55 lbs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two years manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 55 lbs frequently.

Responsibilities

• Operate key manufacturing equipment to produce plastic compounds.
• Follow SOPs to ensure safety and quality.
• Learn and manage operating parameters to deliver in-spec, high-quality product.
