Responsibilities include operating and maintaining industrial melting furnaces, charging raw materials, skimming impurities, and pulling lab samples to ensure alloy quality. The role requires 2+ years of tenure at previous employers, foundry or heavy manufacturing melt experience, and US work

Qualifications

• Requires 2+ years of tenure at each previous employer.
• Experience operating industrial furnaces or heavy manufacturing melt operations.
• Ability to weigh and count materials; operate material handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and charge industrial furnaces with ingots and scrap.
• Tap and skim molten metal while maintaining temperature and cleanliness.
• Pull and label lab samples for composition testing.
• Perform basic furnace maintenance and troubleshoot equipment.
• Operate forklifts and hoists to move ingots, sows, and finished product.
• Record production quantities and maintain quality documentation.
• Follow OSHA safety rules and 5S standards.
