Job summary

Talent With Heart in Cedarburg, Wisconsin is seeking a Furnace Melt Operator for our high-pressure aluminum die casting operations on the 1st shift.

You will set up, charge, skim, and sample molten metal to ensure alloy quality, while following strict safety and 5S standards. Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of tenure at each previous employer.
• Foundry or heavy manufacturing melt/furnace experience.
• Ability to operate material handling equipment and perform basic maintenance.
• Must reside within a 45-minute commute of Cedarburg, WI.

Responsibilities

• Operate & Charge Furnaces according to strict melt specifications.
• Tap furnaces and skim impurities while maintaining temperature and cleanliness.
• Pull samples for lab analysis and alloy verification.
• Perform basic furnace maintenance and troubleshoot equipment.
• Operate forklifts/overhead hoists to move ingots and containers.
• Track production quantities and document daily logs.
• Enforce OSHA safety rules, Lockout/Tagout, and 5S standards.
