Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a warehouse supervisor to coordinate distribution processes on the morning 1st shift in California. The role focuses on executing daily plans, managing day-to-day warehouse operations, and driving performance improvements through regular feedback and formal reviews.

The position requires 2+ years of supervisory experience in distribution/manufacturing, WMS experience, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and on-site availability.

Qualifications

• Verifiable High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Assists with coordination of processes and assignments for the distribution area to ensure the delivery of consistent work products.
• Executes daily activities and operational plans for the distribution area's strategies to enhance the culture of excellence and innovation across the enterprise.
• Manages day-to-day operations in a warehouse section to ensure daily targets are met or exceeded.
• Conducts performance appraisals using various reports, summaries, and procedures as necessary to resolve problems and improve employee efficiency and warehouse operations.
• Analyzes reports and provides recommendations to the operations manager on best practices for the section.
• Coordinates processes and assignments for areas within the warehouse to achieve a balanced workload and meet daily operational metrics.
• Defines terms for conducting tasks and establishes new priorities for assignments to meet operational success.
• Manages team performance through regular, timely feedback as well as the formal performance review process to ensure delivery of exceptional services and engagement, motivation, and team development.
