Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of work experience in a Warehouse or Distribution Center.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in a leadership role and managing a team.
• Experience with continuous improvement methodology.
• Working knowledge of business intelligence.
• Lean and Kaizen experience.
• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
• Growth mindset and adaptability.
• Associate degree preferred.
• Verifiable High School diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate processes and assignments for the distribution area to ensure consistent work products.
• Execute daily activities and operational plans for the distribution area's strategies to enhance the culture of excellence and innovation across the enterprise.
• Manage day-to-day operations in a warehouse section to ensure daily targets are met.
• Conduct performance appraisals using various reports and procedures to resolve problems and improve employee efficiency.
• Analyze reports and provide recommendations to the operations manager on best practices.
• Coordinate processes across warehouse areas to balance workload and meet daily operational metrics.
• Define terms for conducting tasks and establish new priorities for assignments to meet operational success.
• Manage team performance through regular, timely feedback and formal performance reviews.
