Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Inventory Control Supervisor to lead a non-exempt team in a CVS Health distribution center. Responsibilities include cycle counting, slotting, handling damaged/stray product, and improving processes with a focus on safety and compliance.

This 1st shift role runs 6am-3pm, Monday-Friday with flexibility as needed, and involves ensuring KPI targets across safety, quality, delivery, cost, inventory and people.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years supervising Inventory Control functions within a distribution center/warehouse.
• 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma/GED accepted as minimum education.

Responsibilities

• Hire, onboard, train, schedule, and assign work to all colleagues reporting to this role.
• Manage team performance through feedback and reviews to resolve issues and improve efficiency.
• Build a culture of teamwork and colleague engagement while enforcing safety and compliance.
• Maintain high performance for inventory control, slotting, cycle counting, and root cause analysis.
• Coordinate with DC leadership to define requirements and set task priorities to meet targets.
