CVS Health is seeking a Distribution Center Operations Supervisor to lead a non-exempt team in our state-of-the-art distribution facility. You will direct daily shift activities, oversee order selection, replenishment, loading, and shipping, and ensure productivity and quality while meeting performance metrics.

The role requires 2+ years of supervisory experience, 1+ year in a warehouse or DC, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 2+ years supervisory experience.
• 2+ years’ experience working with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• 1+ years’ experience in a Warehouse or Distribution Center.

Responsibilities

• Hire, onboard, train, schedule and assign work to new hires.
• Ensure employees have equipment, materials, and documents for tasks.
• Monitor and adjust resources to meet daily production and delivery goals.
• Balance workloads by readings to meet projected completion times.
• Monitor performance to meet quality and quantity expectations.
• Conduct staff meetings and ensure daily worksheets are filed timely.
• Provide ongoing training to maintain productivity standards.
• Use reports and procedures to project workload and resolve day-to-day problems.
• Communicate effectively across all levels.
• Analyze information to make sound business decisions.
• Build high-performance teams and inspire colleagues.
