CVS Health is seeking a Distribution Supervisor for the 1st shift to coordinate daily operations in a warehouse and drive a culture of excellence and innovation across the enterprise.

The role involves managing day-to-day warehouse activities, conducting performance appraisals, and using reports to improve efficiency and workload balance. Strong leadership, WMS, and MS Office skills are required, with on-site availability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years supervisory/people leadership in distribution/manufacturing.
• 1–2 years Warehouse Management Systems experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Onsite availability during normal working hours.
• 1st shift: 4am–2:30pm

Responsabilités

• Coordinate processes and assignments for the distribution area to meet daily targets.
• Manage day-to-day operations in a warehouse section to meet targets.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide timely feedback to improve efficiency.
• Analyze reports and provide recommendations to the operations manager.
• Support culture of excellence and innovation across the enterprise.
