Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Distribution Center Operations Manager to oversee performance across DC areas, focusing on talent development, engagement, staffing and training. You will drive KPIs, ensure safety and quality, and align short- and long-term DC initiatives with enterprise goals.

This on-site role supports a 2nd shift (Mon-Fri 3:30pm–1am) with some flexibility. You will lead supervisors and frontline staff, manage budgets, and champion data-driven improvements using WMS/ERP and analytics

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ progressive leadership experience in retail, distribution/warehousing, or supply chain operations.
• Proven track record of setting and managing facility KPIs using data to drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, WMS, and other distribution center reporting and analytics tools.
• Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher) with process-improvement ownership.
• Experience budgeting/P&L and translating financial targets into operational KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall performance of assigned operational areas within a distribution center or satellite DC.
• Develop and maintain a first-class employee experience focusing on talent development, engagement, staffing and retention.
• Support achievement of profit/expense goals with high service, safety and quality standards.
• Provide direct report management to associates and execute short- and long-term DC strategies.
