CVS Health is seeking a Distribution Center Operations Supervisor in Kansas City for a 1st shift (4:30am-2:30pm) with overtime as needed. The role oversees up to 50 colleagues in a state-of-the-art distribution facility, focusing on order selection, replenishment, loading, and shipping to stores.

Qualifications include 2+ years of supervisory experience in a distribution setting, 1 year of MS Office experience, and a HS diploma. Bilingual Spanish and WMS/Six Sigma knowledge are preferred.

Formación

• 2+ years of supervisory or group-leading experience in a distribution center or manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 1 year of Microsoft Office experience.
• Verifiable high school diploma or GED is required.
• WMS knowledge and Six Sigma background preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Hire, onboard, train, schedule, and assign work to new hires.
• Ensure staff have equipment, materials and documents to complete tasks.
• Monitor and adjust resources to meet daily production and delivery goals.
• Balance workloads to meet projected completion times.
• Monitor performance to meet quality and productivity targets.
• Lead staff meetings and ensure daily worksheets are completed.
• Provide ongoing training and retraining to meet productivity standards.
• Use reports and procedures to project workload and resolve day-to-day problems.
• Communicate effectively across all levels.
• Analyze information to support sound business decisions.
• Build high-performance teams and motivate colleagues.
• Promote safety and security compliance among all colleagues.
