Job summary

CVS Health Corporation in California is seeking a Distribution Center Operations Manager responsible for overall performance of assigned areas, staff development, and ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

The role requires leading supervisors, achieving KPI targets, partnering across teams, and driving continuous improvement with an agile mindset; availability for 2nd shift on-site 3:30pm-1am with some flexibility.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ progressive leadership experience in retail, distribution/warehousing, or supply chain operations.
• Experience with KPI setting and data-driven root-cause analysis across multiple areas.
• Proven track record delivering measurable business impact and cost improvements.
• Ability to translate enterprise goals into team and individual performance expectations.
• Experience coaching supervisors and frontline leaders with succession planning.
• Proficiency in WMS/ERP reporting and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee performance of assigned operational areas in a distribution center.
• Develop talent, engage employees, staff effectively, and lead training initiatives.
• Contribute to profit/expense goals and deliver high service levels to customers.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and government regulations.
• Lead strategy for the DC(s) and drive agile innovations balancing growth and costs.
