Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Inventory Control Supervisor to lead a non-exempt team in a CVS Health distribution center. You will oversee cycle counting, slotting, damaged/stray product handling, and NPI disposition, driving KPIs in safety, quality, delivery, cost, inventory, and people.

The role reports to the IQC Manager and collaborates across the supply chain to optimize procedures and performance, with a 1st shift, 6am–3pm, Monday–Friday plus flexibility as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years supervising Inventory Control functions within a distribution center/warehouse.
• 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
• Preferred: Bilingual, Knowledge of a Warehouse Management System (WMS), Six Sigma background, Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Hire, onboard, train, schedule, and assign work to all colleagues reporting to this role.
• Manage team performance through feedback and performance reviews to improve efficiency.
• Foster teamwork, engagement, motivation and empowerment.
• Promote safety, awareness and compliance across the team.
• Maintain high performance in inventory control, slotting, cycle counting, and root cause analysis.
• Ensure cleanliness standards via 5S and lean methods across the DC.
