Qualifications
- Bakery or frozen foods manufacturing experience preferred.
- Ability to lead employees and hold them accountable.
- Knowledge of GMPs, food safety and manufacturing operations.
- Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily production activities, staffing and shift assignments.
- Coach, train and develop employees while setting expectations.
- Maintain food safety, quality, sanitation and workplace safety standards.
- Monitor production performance, address downtime and improve efficiency.
- Partner with maintenance, quality and other departments to resolve issues.
- Communicate priorities and ensure effective shift handoffs.
