This Is Growth in Brooklyn is seeking an SDR to drive outbound prospecting and inbound engagement in a fast-moving fintech environment. You will target mid-market businesses, uncover accounts with AP/AR pain, and book meetings for the AE.

You’ll evolve scripts based on real results and collaborate with founders and product teams. Expect a hands-on, high-velocity role with daily outreach, equity as part of the compensation, and a clear path to becoming an AE within about 12 weeks.

Qualifications

• At least a year of outbound sales, with dials a day and meetings a month.
• You've written or rewritten your own call scripts and sequences.
• You want the phone. Lists, cadences, and objections are the job, not a chore.
• Bonus: learned the job at a bigger company and then joined a startup where you had to be scrappy.
• Bonus: payments, banking, spend, or finance software.

Responsibilities

• Make around 100 outreach activities a day: calls first, then email and LinkedIn.
• Engage inbound and outbound into businesses with $5-25m revenue: owners, controllers, and finance leads.
• Identify AP, AR and cash-flow pain, book the meeting, and hand it to the AE.
• Rewrite scripts as you learn what lands and collaborate with founders, product, and engineering.
