Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or other relevant field.
• Candidates MUST be open to relocation to select cities upon completion of the program.
• Military or other leadership experience is highly desirable.
• Prior work experience or internships in construction, service/maintenance or related industry a plus.
• Strong customer service, organizational and communication skills.
• Affinity for understanding technical/mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Phase 1 – Orientation and Introduction to Schindler: kickoff, orientation, and shadowing.
• Phase 2 – Technical Field Immersion: on-site service/maintenance exposure.
• Phase 3 – Supervision, Quality And Compliance: audits, safety, and team leadership.
