Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or other relevant field preferred.
• Candidates open to relocation to select cities after program completion.
• Military or other leadership experience highly desirable.
• Previous work experience or internships in construction, service/maintenance or related industry a plus.
• Strong customer service, organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in field service/maintenance or project activities as part of the program.
• Gain exposure to safety, reliability, and code compliance through hands-on tasks.
• Shadow local management and participate in audits, training, and performance evaluations.
