Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or other relevant field of study preferred.
- Open to relocation to select cities upon completion of the program.
- Military or leadership background is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Join a 12‑month structured development program combining formal training with immersive field exposure.
- Develop practical knowledge of Schindler’s products, services, and customers while working with local leadership and a mentor.
- Participate in three program phases focused on orientation, technical field immersion, and supervision/quality/compliance.
- Expect potential placement opportunities based on local, territory or national vacancies after graduation.
