Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study preferred.
• Candidates must be open to relocation upon completion of the program.
• Previous military or other leadership experience is highly desirable.
• Prior work experience in construction or related industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 12-month structured development experience.
• Assist with elevator and/or escalator service/repair or installations.
• Work closely with Area, Territory and local leadership.
