Job summary

LTA Research is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support the day-to-day execution of our recruiting process in Sunnyvale, CA. You will coordinate interviews, manage logistics, and ensure a consistent, professional candidate experience across locations.

In collaboration with recruiters and hiring managers, you will maintain accurate recruiting data, prepare dashboards, and assist with offers, background checks, and onboarding handoffs. A 12-month contract with competitive benefits awaits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in recruiting coordination or HR operations.
• Experience coordinating complex interview schedules across multiple teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication for candidate experience.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Experience using an applicant tracking system and maintaining recruiting data.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate full interview process: scheduling, candidate comms, logistics.
• Own candidate experience from scheduling to pre-employment.
• Support onsite recruiting activities and coordination with teams.
• Maintain recruiting records, requisition data, and documentation.
• Prepare recruiting dashboards, trackers, and hiring-status updates.
• Support immigration/work-authorization coordination with HR/legal.
• Assist offers, background checks, and onboarding handoffs.
• Identify process gaps and support automation and templates.
