Sierra, a San Francisco-based company building AI-enabled customer experiences, is seeking a recruiter for a 12-month fixed-term role. You will own the full-cycle recruiting process, partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements and timelines.

You will develop sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, referrals, events, and communities to attract technical talent, engage top candidates, and continuously improve interview efficiency and fairness.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in tech.
• Proven ability to develop and execute recruiting strategies.
• A well-established network within the tech industry.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity in a growing org.
• Proficiency in using recruiting metrics and data to inform decisions.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the full-cycle, end-to-end recruiting processes in a fast-paced environment, delivering a high-quality experience for candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers.
• Partner with hiring managers as a trusted advisor to define role requirements and timelines.
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies across multiple channels to attract top talent.
• Proactively identify, engage, and close top candidates in a competitive market.
• Manage and optimize the interview process for efficiency and fairness.
• Track and report on key recruiting metrics and share insights with leadership.
