Responsibilities

• Assist in 1:1 care for a medically fragile or behaviorally challenged student as directed.
• Assist in daily instruction of the assigned student and others.
• Assist with IEP goals and objectives development, implementation and evaluation.
• Plan daily/weekly lessons aligned to IEP goals and objectives.
• Collect and analyze data to modify IEPs and measure program effectiveness.
• Provide staff with essential information to meet IEP goals and objectives.
• Assist in developing and implementing behavior plans for the student.
• Support teaching of daily living skills and routines.
• Assist with transfers or mobility using appropriate equipment.
• Maintain safety and security within routines.
