Job summary

Qualifications

Familiarity with safety and first aid procedures.

Responsibilities

Adapt activities and materials to accommodate all special education students.
Administer materials, assignments, and track student progress.
Provide first aid and medical assistance as needed.
Assist students with personal care needs when required.
Attend meetings and communicate with teachers and parents about student progress.
Develop and implement behavioral plans for students with behavior disorders.
Instruct students in academic and daily living skills.
Maintain student files and instructional materials.
