Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Experience with behavioral interventions in education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with an assigned student to support goals in the IEP.
• Assist in developing and modifying behavior support plans.
• Implement plans and record progress data.
• Apply de-escalation techniques and crisis management when needed.
• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
• Supervise students during transitions to ensure safety.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and communicate with parents.
