Job summary

Specialized Education Services, Inc. (SESI) is seeking a paraprofessional/behavior aide to support students with individualized education plans. You will work one-on-one with students to meet IEP goals and assist in implementing behavior support strategies.

Responsibilities include data collection on progress, collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, and maintaining a safe, inclusive classroom environment. Minimum HS diploma; pay range listed; on-site role in our US Lancaster area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• Experience in educational settings implementing behavioral interventions for students with intensive behavioral needs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with an assigned student to meet goals in their IEP.
• Assist in developing and modifying behavior support plans.
• Record and track data on behaviors, progress toward goals, and incidents.
• Communicate effectively with parents and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
• Provide personal care support as needed and supervise students for safety.
