Job summary

Marysville School District 25 is seeking a Paraprofessional to support students in Behavior Intervention Programs and other learning environments. The role is 6 hours per day, 184 days per year, with supervision under certificated staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required for consideration.
• Paraprofessional Assessment with score of 455+ or higher, or an associate’s degree or higher.
• Completion of required district and state training within specified timelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist Behavior Program students one-to-one or in small groups.
• Support teachers in delivery of instructional materials and behavior plans.
• Help with de-escalation and safe interventions when needed.
• Maintain student records and assist with progress data.
• Monitor safety and ensure a positive, respectful environment.
• Attend required trainings and collaborate with staff.
