Job summary

Marysville School District 25 is seeking three paraprofessional staff to support behavior intervention programs and other learning environments where behavior-supported students are integrated. These roles report to the Building Principal and operate on a 6.50 hours per day, 184 days per year schedule.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or equivalent, Paraprofessional Assessment evidence or higher education, and completion of mandatory training.

Qualifications

• This position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Evidence of Paraprofessional Assessment or higher education is required.
• Completion of required training and certifications within set timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Assist Behavior Program students in one-to-one, small group, and integrated settings.
• Support students with academic and behavioral goals under staff supervision.
• Help maintain student records and track progress as directed.
• Participate in training and implement behavior intervention plans responsibly.
• Assist with safety procedures and emergency response protocols as needed.
• Collaborate with teachers to prepare instructional materials and activities.
• Support de-escalation strategies and positive behavioral supports.
