Job summary

Amerita Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse for home infusion services in the Upper Sussex, NJ and Dingmans Ferry, PA area. The role involves assessing patients, establishing and implementing a Plan of Care, and coordinating with the patient, providers, and pharmacy to ensure therapy goals are met.

The position requires an RN license, CPR certification, and a flexible schedule with travel to patient homes. Infusion and home health experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
• Valid RN license in state(s) of practice.
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience, infusion/home health preferred.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and implement the Plan of Care.
• Adhere to infusion, pharmacy, and state regulations.
• Collaborate with pharmacy, sales, providers and patients to monitor therapies.
• Complete patient care documentation and travel as required.
• Educate patients and caregivers and coordinate with home health services.
