Job summary

Cosmo 1:1 is an independent contractor tutoring position for K-12 students in North America. You will teach 50‑minute 1:1 sessions using the Cosmo curriculum at a time you set, with a flexible, consistent schedule.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s Degree and 3+ years of experience in K-12 ELA/ESL/EFL, reliable internet, and access to a PC. Availability 3‑10 PM EST Mon–Fri or weekends; minimum 20 hours weekly; 6‑month commitment; remote in US/Canada.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 3 years of experience teaching grades K-12 ELA, ESL, or EFL.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized 1 on 1 instruction for your students.
• Update your availability in the Cosmo App in a timely manner.
• Prepare appropriate lesson materials for the student's age and ability.
• Submit Class Feedback after each lesson.
• Communicate with parents and students in a professional manner.
• Attend all classes on time and in a professional setting.
• Communicate with Cosmo staff.
